Remote physician assistant consultation

Physician assistant consultation in an acute, non-health-threatening situation or in the case of exacerbation of a chronic disease, it is desirable to have some previous examinations, as well as to prepare information about previous/chronic diseases, and list all medications that are currently being used. It is possible to write an e-prescription, open a sick-leave certificate on the condition that in case of improvement in health, the patient will come for an in-person consultation within 5 working days, and will also inform the medical institution in case of deterioration of health. Consultation is not provided remotely if the patient has severe abdominal or chest pain, head trauma, signs of stroke/infarction, bleeding. Patients from the age of 18 are consulted.
