An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a graphic image of the electrical activity of the heart on a special millimeter paper. The electrical activity of the heart is provided by the ability of heart cells to automatically generate, perceive and transmit electrical impulses. Electrocardiography is performed in acute situations or upon doctor's referral and instructions for the use of medications, as well as before planned operations. You will receive an ECG tape with a doctor's assistant's interpretation. If necessary, a cardiologist is engaged to confirm the description of the cardiogram, as well as to decide on action in the case of emergency. If necessary, the EMS is called.
