Infusion Therapy
I/v infusion without medication (100-250 ml)
Administration of infusion solution and/or medication into a vein.

I/v infusion with iron preparation (Venofer or Cosmofer).
Infusion with S.Venofer 100 mg/5 ml or S. Cosmofer 100 mg/2 ml+ S.NaCl 0.9% 250 ml (in some cases S.NaCl 0.9% 100 ml or 500 ml may be used). The infusion is performed in the patient's arm using a butterfly needle or intravenous catheter. The infusion is performed with our medication. The frequency of infusions is determined by the doctor or physician assistant, evaluating the complete blood count, iron and ferritin levels. If the patient has been prescribed a higher dose of S.Venofer or S.Cosmofer, then 15 euros must be paid for each S.Venofer 5 ml or S.Cosmofer 2 ml ampoule.
